By using Hunch ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
Hunch is a trivia game. The daily puzzle is free. Hunch Unlimited is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited practice rounds on the device or account you purchase it with.
Purchases
Prices are shown in US dollars and payments are processed by Stripe. Hunch Unlimited is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and you won't be charged again. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Fair play
Please don't attempt to manipulate scores, interfere with the service, or bypass payment. We may suspend access for abuse.
Content
We work hard to keep questions accurate, but we can't guarantee every answer is error-free. If you spot a mistake, please tell us at hunchdailygame@gmail.com.
Availability
We aim to keep Hunch running every day but can't promise uninterrupted availability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
